Composition
1 dose contains:
active substances: ipratropium bromide monohydrate – 84 mcg, xylometazoline hydrochloride – 70 mcg;
excipients: disodium edetate dihydrate, glycerol (85%), concentrated hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, purified water.
Indications
Acute respiratory diseases with rhinitis symptoms (runny nose), acute allergic rhinitis, pollinosis, sinusitis, eustachitis, otitis media (as part of combination therapy to reduce swelling of the nasopharyngeal mucosa). Patient preparation for diagnostic procedures in the nasal passages.
Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding
The use of the drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding is contraindicated.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to xylometazoline, ipratropium bromide or any of the excipients of the drug; arterial hypertension; tachycardia; severe atherosclerosis; glaucoma; hyperthyroidism; atrophic rhinitis; inflammatory diseases of the skin or mucous membrane of the nasal vestibule; history of surgical interventions on the brain membranes; post-transsphenoidal hypophysectomy state; pregnancy; breastfeeding period; hypersensitivity to atropine or similar blends (hyoscyamine, scopolamine); use of monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAO) (including 14 days after discontinuation), tricyclic or tetracyclic antidepressants; children under 18 years of age.
