This medicine is used for the symptomatic treatment of smooth muscle spasm: - for bile duct pains - gallstones, cholangiolithiasis, cholecystitis, pericholecystitis, cholangitis, papillitis; - for urinary tract pains - renal lithiasis, ureteral lithiasis, dermatitis, cystitis and in the spasm of the bladder sphincters. This medicine is used in combination with other medicines in the treatment of: - spasm of the smooth muscles associated with the gastrointestinal tract: gastric or duodenal ulcer, gastritis, spasms of the cardia and pylorus sphincters, enteritis, colitis, spastic colitis accompanied by constipation and forms of irritable colon accompanied by flatulence (bloating); - headaches with a feaeling of intracranial tension; - dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation) associated with gynecological conditions.
